Broken promises and poor after sales service from MTN
I got the Note 9 on a contract with MTN with the promise of a welcome pack and the porting of an old vodacom number. Still have not received my welcome pack and now I have a new number. Tried to call and mail but no response after first day of communication. I have been or had been rather, in conversation with Louraine Msenya. Now she refuses to take my calls and when I do get through she hangs up. Be careful when dealing with MTN
