Broken Promises

<p>It's taking more than 3 weeks to repair a phone/device yet you get no delays when debiting payments for insurance, yet always say "We understand how frustrating it is not to have a phone" MTN and it's Pinnacle insurance is ****. I was promised that I'd get my phone within 7 days but it's 3 weeks already and i still dont have my phone with no communication whatsoever. The damage was just a camera's glass cover for godsake! If i didnt have insurance and went straight to Samsung i would have gotten my phone on the same day. Useless and pointless!</p>
