Broken promises
I ordered my upgrade via the online store on 4 March, I received an sms confirming that someone would contact me by 11 March, needless to say no one did. I had to contact them on 15 March to go through the upgrade. Delivery of the instrument was promised on 18 March and of course no one had the decency to call when I followed up I was promised delivery on 22 March. It is now the 23 March and needless to say I have no instrument and no one has had the decency to contact me.
