Broken Promises
This query goes back to 12/4/2015 and all that I get from MTN is reference numbers and promises of a response which I never get....Listening to radio 702 two weeks back and there were many complaints about data issues at MTN... Data just disappearing...On my last complaint TIM responded with the following reference numbers (REQ:*** (airtime) & REQ:*** (data). and a promise of a reply within the next 14 working days...That was on the 14/5/2015.....To date I have not heard a word from them...How can a company keep issuing out reference numbers that don't get closed and still survive in such a competitive world.. Are we such fools to still keep giving them business??There must be options out there....Facebook comments??
