Broken phone

Got a new contract at mtn tygervalley upper level. Had the phone for 18 days and it just went blank. Till today a month later i dont have a new phone nor my old phone. I must constantly ask. And the staff is extremely unhelpfull. Mtn expect their money with such bad service.
