Broken network

Incredibly despondent and *********** when closing an acciunt or wanting a paid up later. They overcharged me and I disputed account closure months before. There was a cancellation amount and I paid it. I contacted their legal department with the P.O.P and they didn't respond.. I am now bombarded with nonsense from different debt collectors. I sent MTN mails to issue my paid up letter with the cancellation notice and prrof of payment they tell me I have been handed ober and reluctant to assist. I have no personal account with them currently. Absolute ******* customer service
