Broken contracts and poor services

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, Firstly my wife got a phone on contract with mtn which was advertised to come with a watch and earphones after 3 months she still has not received it and we get told it's our problem not theirs Secondly every second day we get subscribed to a new mtn service which ranges from R30-R90 and when we enquire they tell us to cancel it ourselves if we don't want it although we never consented to being subscribed
