Broadband unlimited lite

Sub zero!! I have an old MTN Unlimited Broadband lite Contract that MTN claims they can bamboozle me into taking another contract. They have given me a limited time to respond to two separate offers. If you contact them about it they know nothing. The first email stated that if you do not reply by a certain date you will automatically be given option #3 which is your same subscription price of R316/month for 50GB and it does not affect you contract. Then I get a phone call where they are unaware of the offer and try to get me to take another contract. Yesterday I got an email where it states that 10GB will cost me R299 and now the 50GB will cost R999. What the hell MTN!! You can not change the bundles to suit yourselves like this. I need to speak to SENIOR management please or I will take it much further. I want to know what is going on!!!
