Broadband internet bundle disgrace

This is ****************: Y'ello. You've reached 1 50MB of your internet Fair usage on your MTN 1 Day bundle. You can still use the internet but your max speed will now be limited. How can you sell a uncapped bundle and then lag the speed after 150MB? Please explain why you can pay r25 for 200MB and r40 for uncapped yet when you reach 150MB the download speed is dropped and you can virtually do nothing with the service you purchased! I find this misleading and dishonest from MTN's side! I need an explaination as I will refer this to ICASA!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of this and assure you that it is not our intention to displease you.

Please be advised that the Fair Users Policy is app**** once 150MB is reached for total data that has been sent and received then the download speed is reduced from what is available in the area to a maximum of 128kbps. The lower speed will apply for the remaining hours of the 24 hour bundle. For our latest data bundle offerings please dial *141*2#ok and for the terms & conditions please visit https://www.mtn.co.za/pages/website_legal.aspx?termsID=354.

Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Kind Regards

Your response makes no sense see my explaination.. i could buy 200mb for less, once you drop the speed the service is virtually worthless! I still feel MTN is misleading customers! Credit my account for the money deducted for a useless service.
