"Brighten your day" more like make my life more difficult!!

Phoned in twice and had no assistance all I got was phone the deceased department in which the number they gave me was incorrect!!!! then I phoned again and was told to phone MTN head office they will give you the legal departments number!!!! Service is shocking and I cannot believe this!!!!! I cannot even get hold of the MTN head office!!!!! I am so angry!!!! Cell C took 5 minutes and they were so helpful and directed the call for me and staff were amazing!!!!! MTN have grumpy, useless, *********** staff!!!! That do not assist in helping their clients and making their life easier. "Brighten your day" more like make my life more difficult!!!!
