bridge city doesn't do claims what's the point the
Firstly went to gateway where they told me contract Sim swap is free but had no I'd and I had a copy which they wouldn't accept which I understood so went home and went to bridge city where apparently they charge R160 or something for Sim swaps and I asked them to checl my account if I have Sim insure or not and i was handed back my I'd coz they don't do claims. So what I want to know is what is the point of them being there them. My contract is up for renewal next month and I will cancel purely cause of this, poor access to service and rude employees.
