Very disappointed in MTN. Beginning of April someone was able to **********LY open a contract on my line. MTN alerted me. I submitted affidavit & certified ID to MTN as requested Nevertheless an additional R2000.00 was debited off my account. I was told it will be reversed no later than 7 May Not happened. Managers do not respond to my request to speak to them All my e mails receive polite responses. I submitted a complaint / still there has been no REFUND TO ME I have waited too long Poor service
