BREECH OF CONTRACT BY MTN

I upgraded online end of January 2022 as MTN had a SPECIAL for a Galaxy S21 FE 5G & FREE TABLET.... when my phone arrived I went straight to MTN RETAIL PARK to find out about the tablet that did not arrive. The lady there kindly helped me register for the tablet and setup my new phone and promised to let me know when the tablet was delivered to them....... 6 MONTHS LATER and NO FREE TABLET as was the SPECIAL!!! I do believe this is in breech of contract!!!! They received the tablet but did not deliver to me!!!! It went missing and no one wants to take responsibility!!!! AFTER NUMEROUS WhatsApp, emails, phone calls and in store visits!!!!! with numerous excuses, empty promises backwards and forwards with MTN AND SAMSUNG .... NOW WHAT??? Cancel my contract, take back the phone and REFUND ME ALL MY MONEY PAID! By the way ANOTHER UNSOLVED PROBLEM overcharged monthly AND NO REFUND AS PROMISED!!!!!
