Breath of fresh air!

The main branch at Mall of the North is a breath of fresh air surrounded by mediocrity. I Went to this branch after getting subpar service from another outlet at the same mall. I Went to the smaller MTN close to Game after researching for the best deal online that I should get for a Galaxy S7 edge. I Brought all the necessary documents and requested a Mtn mychoice+S, the consultant and her manager told me that I have to order it online as they can't give deals different from the booklet. I Had a feeling that I was being taken for a ride, that is how I ended up at the bigger shop. As I entered I was greeted with a smile from the host, query noted, then directed to the consultant Joyce. Even though the system was slow she assisted me with such grace, I was shocked that it was the same Mtn brand from earlier. I Got my chosen package without any hassles. Just witnessing the interaction between all the staff members, it was a family, SYNERGY. I went to pick up my phone today but the system was a letdown, but I'm happy about the efforts that Joyce and everyone, including the manageress, pitching in made. You guys are an asset to MTN, thank you for restoring my faith in this brand.
