Breach of promise: MTN
I took out a contract for the Samsung Galaxy S9 at MTN Pavilion, on the 6 June 2018. The contract stated that a free Samsung Galaxy watch would be delivered to me as a free gift for taking out the phone contract. I then sent an email to the Samsung rewards customer service stating that I would be out of the country and delivery of the watch should occur when I returned. The company then attempted to deliver the watch, when they realized that no one was home, they then made a 2nd attempt at delivery a few days after. I was not home on that day either. So Samsung then kept the watch. After numerous complaints both telephonically and via email to the Samsung company, I was told to submit proof of my emails cautioning Samsung that I was unable for delivery of the watch for those specific days. Needless to say, it has been almost 6 months and I have still not received my Samsung Galaxy watch as promised. I was also told by an employee at Samsung that this has happened to many more people. Is there anyone who can help me?
