Breach of MTN contract by MTN

Hi. Started a Black Friday contract with MTN on 18 Nov 2020 - it was R149 per month for 24GB of data. After new data was not received by end of Nov, I began calling MTN. Have had the round around ever since then and still not finalized as of today. I call MTN daily but responsibility keeps being passed on to someone else. Recently one of support people said MTN cancelled contract - this is breach of contract as call was recorded and contract was entered into by both parties. Very disappointed and this is last resort.
