Dear Customer, Your query has been resolved with reference number 1- ********** 1416. Kindly contact MTN within 48 hours if the problem still persists. This problem has STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED . I've again been loaded with 30gig day and 70night when it should be 50 gig day and 60 night. Also, I have still not been refunded. The full amount which was deducted from my account.
