Breach of Contract, Poor service and feedback

I got a cellphone contract with MTN ( 3 line and 1 data contract) In January 2015 MTN informed me that the data usage was more than R 7000.00. The data number in question is *** and this contract had expired (was not informed by MTN according to policy). This contract to my knowledge was a caped contract - 2GB data for R 149.00.
I informed MTN about this and also asked for a copy of the contract because I could not find any documentation on my side. After nearly two months the local MTN office at Robertson recovered an incomplete contract which was not properly filled in and signed. There was no indication on the contract which stated that it was an open line or caped. My previous accounts showed that we did went over the R 149.00 p.m limit on occasions. I do have a debit order in place and never picked this up because my total expenditure was over a period of 2 years very much in line what I expected to pay monthly.

From 17 January 2015 I have send 25 e-mails and made numerous phone calls to resolve this matter. All other services were blocked although I paid the accounts of the 3 cellphone lines. Yesterday after more than two months I received a bill from MTN .
Help!
