Breach of contract, empty promises, bad callcentre

I received a call from MTN in August of 2015. Upon advise received from MTN that there is a credit due to me agreed to take on a new contract, thereby changing from pre-paid to contract. The call centre operator promised this and as he said that he is authorised to enter into an agreement on behalf of MTN, I took his word for it. It is now April 2016 and still there has been no credit passed to me. I am getting the run around now with people from MTN telling me that there is no credit, that I have been blacklisted, to promising on a number of occasions that someone will come back to me.

We must understand that I only agreed to the contract on the premises that I would receive a credit and would not have to pay for the contract for at least three months. This has placed me in a difficult financial situation as I was banking on getting the credit.

The other difficulty is now that I will be blacklisted if I do not continue with a contract, whereas MTN has defaulted on the promise made.
