Breach of contract - being forced to move to Vodacom

Good day

I made the mistake of upgrading through MTN late last year. I have had numerous problems since then.

The latest problem is that I am supposed to be receiving 500MB data every month. I am only receiving 250MB. The MTN callcentre tells me that they cannot assist. I spoke to them for 40 minutes, on 808 - reference no. ********** 29, for the third call I had to make to get someone who would even talk to me.

They insisted that I needed to go back to the same person who **** to me last year when I upgraded - Tumelo Macheru, in your Cresta store in Johannesburg. I fail to see the value in this, as Tumelo is a **** and a ****** who effectively stole money from me by promising to provide services that have not been provided. In effect, as an MTN representative, he has put MTN into breach of contract.

I am sure you will appreciate that after 40 minutes trying to resolve this telephonically this morning, and several hours spent last year trying to get my new sim card activated after it was supposed to have happened automatically, I have no more time to waste on this matter.

Please advise whether MTN is able to fix this so that I receive 500MB of data automatically every month, with a corresponding decrease in my monthly airtime, at no cost to me - with everything being resolved before close of business on Friday the 13th of January 2017 - or whether I need to accept that MTN is in breach of contract and migrate my number to Vodacom.

I look forward to an urgent and final response.

Thank you.
