Breach of contract and poor service

I have 3 weeks since I logged a Query Reference REQ*** MTN have been crediting me with half of the Data that i signed to as at august 2021 The matter has been escalated for 2 full weeks still no response, i call the call centre everyday all agents/consultants says it will take 2 to 48hous its 3 weeks now its still not done

This is poor service from MtN and is in breach of our contract obligations

I need help ASAP
