Breach of Contract and False Advertising - Anything New??

MTN is currently breaching my contract with them in two major ways. Please have a look at your March, April and May invoices. 1. My Contract is not the same per MTN as I signed for, thus query 1- ********** 0376 was lodged on Wednesday, 16 May 2018 - no response, and per the call centre nothing has been done. 2. Per the brochure for the most "bozza" network, my contract total is supposed to be R699 incl VAT, yet now apparently, that was only @14% vat and not 15%, thus breaching another for false advertising. MTN, one month into my new contract and you are *****ing me over by breaching contract. Per the terms of that contract I am allowed to CANCEL. If I do not receive feedback, and my backdated data and minutes for both April and May, by Tuesday close of business. I will definitely be claiming my stake and cancelling.

Please be careful with the advertising. It is False and the staff are fabulous actors for making you think MTN is fabulous

Reviewer Update
I did check that out before trying to sort it out, however, I am still not convinced that the Company was unknowingly still advertising at 14% VAT in April, when we were informed of the changes in March 2018, thus giving MTN more than enough time to not lie to their consumers. It is misleading information, and what I planned on spending has increased significantly over the two years my contract will be intact. I was not informed that the increased was not in effect and neither was anything mentioned about 14% in the brochures. 1% is not that much, but 1% by thousand if not millions, due to incompetence, that is a lot. I will stand by the fact that I will only pay what the brochure states, starting this month, I have given MTN 2 months to sort it out. Our business accounts are also running under the same structure, and it was due for upgrade in May, but I am too damn afraid that MTN has misplaced the 1% increase again and will charge us probably 16% as they can, and honestly telling me to phone the billings department, whilst instore, then call centre sending me to a branch is also not really on. Who does what, when and where, because the entire company is sending everyone around like headless chickens.
