Breach of contract and agreements

I'm a contract customer, my handset contract was due this January 2016. I wanted upgrade going for wifi router but still be able to use this number for calls. At the branch in sandton they couldn't help me so I call 808. The online uogrades took over abd the agreement was that I will be taking a wifi router of 150mb/m that comes with 10gb of data, i.e. 5gb day+5gb night. The package was supposed to come with a sim card that I was supposed to take to any branch for activation for multi calls.

Delivery was supposed to take place four days after agreement but it didn't. Days after expected delivery date I was called telling me that there's a delay.
After a week I received another call saying that my package was lost.

Mtn only gave me the data which I can afford out of contract, the package was never sent and now they expect me to pay.

Thats day light ******* and I will not pay! Not until I've received my package.
Infact since they've already breached the agreements I want to cancel. I dont want their data anymore.
