breach of contract

I took out a Note 5 phone contract with MTN at Mafikeng Mall on the month of February 2016, the contratual agreement with MTN was that they debit my account on the 25th of every month. However they did not debit my account for the month of April. This will then result in them debiting the payment of April in the month of May which is two payments in which one of the payments was not collected as contractually agreed apon. On the 10th May 2016 I took it apon myself to call the contract customer careline 808 where a lady by the name of Wisani Hlongwane assured me that my account will be debited as soon as possible, ref no: *** for the call. My account has not been debited till this day.

I find it very disturbing and that MTN does not live up to its contarctual agreement, that is regarded as a breach of contract. As we speak i am eexpected to have payment for the month of April in May because MTN has failed to live up to their contractual agreement and if that payment is not there it will reflect badly on my credit record yet it was not my fault that they did not take the money which was available on the 25th of April 2016.

I also wanted to cancel the phone insurance that i had taken with MTN I was given this number ***, i made endless calls and i did not receive any attention.
