BREACH OF CONTRACT
Hi

Thank you for your response, but I am still lost as to what is the solution to all this. Will I get money back? Will I get the devices and sim cards? will this contract be terminated please do understand my frustration I have been paying over R500 for months now and I feel you as the supplier are not doing enough to help I have not received any updates since the last response. I really feel I should get legal advice on this matter maybe I might get better assistance. Below is your last response for reference thanks.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delayed response to your post.

We have now contacted the store manager who confirms that Vaughan no longer works at the store. I've given him the account details and we've requested them to check if the devices & SIM cards that were assigned to the contract are still at the store.

We've also now logged a request to our Revenue Assurance Department to get the numbers deactivated as there has been no usage. The reference number for the request logged is REQ:***.

Once again we do apologize for the delayed response.

Regards,
Tim
MTN Complaints Management Team: REQ:***
We are sorry for the delay with the matter being resolved.
We've tried calling you on the number provided in the post but only got through to your voicemail.
The request we logged was for the contract to be deactivated and you would then be credited for the past 8 months. We needed proof of the devices & SIM cards not being issued and the store was to confirm the information.
However the store confirms that they've made contact with you and they were to send the SIM cards to yourself via post to Cape Town. We spoke to Bilal from the store and he claims that he's manager was assisting you with the issue.
Kindly can you contact us on ***0 and request to speak to Timothy Clouts from CIP for further assistance.
Regards
Tim
