BREACH OF CONTRACT
I took 2 contracts on Black Friday in 2016 however these lines were only activated on the 2 December 2016. A month later I transferred the one contract to the company I work for thus making this a business line. During the contract my billing date changed from the 20th to 6th. On the 6 November 2018 I received only my 200min and 200mb data and did not receive my 50gig and 10000 minutes. i have since made numerous calls and even requested to be provisioned data in the interim so I could receive important emails and whatsapp messages, this was promised by the call centre manager, Sipho, but never done. Its honestly pathetic customer service. Further to this I was informed by him that I have already received 24 allocations of 50 gigs of data over the first 23 months. Apparently in the first month I received 50gig on the 2nd and then another on the 20th. My question is, whose fault is this. I have a contract with cellc, and in the first month you receive the proportion of data until your next billing date. If MTN didnt do their part why should me as the customer suffer the consequences. Also the promo suppose to allow you 30days, from one billing date to the next to use your 50gigs and 10000 minutes, this mistake had only allowed me 18days, i.e. 2 - 20 December. I am positive that according to CPA this is a clear breach of my contract, as any reasonable person would expect to have full access to the terms of the contract for the FULL 24 months.
My number is ********** 508, my second one is probably going to have the same issue as its billing date is today, ********** 504.
