Breach of contract

My contract was opened last year but now they say it was open this year -they're sending me pillar to post they can't help me they say I must go to the shop where I opened the contract which is at Germiston but still they could not help me but saying I must pay -they charge me for data that I don't know of R200 and something close to R300 according to my contract if my data is finish I must go buy my self data but now they say if its finish I carry over for 300 wish I never signed for and now they close my line, So now I have to pay R500
