breach of contract

How convenient that mtn does not do any sony repairs from the first of august yet nothing of the sort was said in my contract,at their repair centre I was simply given a number to phone and sent on my way.Does this not warrant breach of contract since they expect their money every month.Technically it should still be under their warranty.Making me think twice about renewing my contract or even paying fr that matter
