BREACH CONTRACT

Gone into a contract in April 2015. Received a roaming account that tops my mind. How can I be responsible for a contract of 7 years ago? Roaming was activated and cancelled in their shop. At that time no Letterhead was required. Many contracts later seems to me the roaming was not lifted. My point is that I did not request roaming on my new contract. How can a 2008 contract and the new one in April 2015 have a connection with each other? Why do I sign a completely new contract if the 2008 one is still in place. I smell a rat! It is not mentioned in the new contract that the current one refers back to any old ones. I still pay my billing each month, but is now completely barred. I feel that they are breaching contract and so can I. I feel to give back my phone and call it a day. I am a loyal customer and have never felt this way. A new contract has nothing to do with an old, 7 years ago one. Done and dusted...
