BRAND NEW PRE-PAID SIM IN USE BEFORE

Hi MTN and Keven Mtn Hellopeter Since I still did not get a response as promised in my 2 previous reports I have now mailed the Telecommunication Ombudsman. I just cannot believe the customer service these days. After promises are made they are not kept. It seems it is just for Public viewing.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that when a new sim card is activated the system automatically picks the first available cellphone number even when the number is recycled. Allocating recycled numbers is Legal.
