Brand New Phone Not working

on the 24/04/2016 i bought a MTN Steppa lite 2 phone at Ackermans Maponya mall, hardly 3 weeks with the phone it started freezing and every time it did that and you take the battery out and switch it on it got stuck on the powered ny android screen until on the 28/05/2016 i took it back, on the 23/06/2016 i got a call to come get it, i went to get it 2 days later brand new phone started freezing again on the 05/07/2016 phone again stuck on powered by android. My thing is if MTN is aware of this problem why do they again give us the same phone knowing that it wont last, i havent enjoyed the phone i bought, not even a single month. now I must take it back, meaning i wont have a phone again for another 4 weeks. i would like to have my R 599 back so i can buy myself a phone that will last me atleast 12 months. Please MTN, this phone i didnt buy it on credit. the least you can do is refund me...

Good Day Hlonie Likotsi

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate that you have made us aware of the issues that you were faced with regarding the handset.

Please note that the phone is still under warranty, in order for us to revisit the repairs, we would require you to book the handset in again and have the store mark it for urgent attention as it has been in for repairs on a prior occasion.

We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us.

Kind Regards,

Zukiswa
