Brand new I Phone update ended in a I \Crash"and """
My brand new (2 month old) Iphone 6 , 128GB had a update due and i did it just having my phone crash because of this , losing all my info. My phone was submitted for repairs with MTN almost 1 month ago and now with the Strike I am even struggling to get feedback as to when I will receive the repaired phone. I do business with the phone and need to wait because MTN can not sort out their systems this is really not on.

Kindly that we are unable to retrieve any information regarding the handset sent in for repairs with the numbers provide. We would require either the IMEI or job card number in order for this matter to be investigate and to provide you with feedback and a way forward.
