Brand Loyalty gets you no where

Extremely saddened at the fact that after 25 years of loyalty to the MTN brand, none of it is returned.

It has taken me up to 3 months and counting just to get a simple address change on my billing information, 3 months later and the simple task is still not performed correctly. This is extremely disappointing from a brand ive held in such high regard.
