Branch refused to cancel contract I did not even take phone home

Please take note that on the 29th of October 2024, I've signed a contract with Mtn Meadowdale mall 1 brieckfield rd sunnyrock germiston.

That was worst day of my life I have ever experienced while buying phone on contract,

Cellphone taken was supposed be to have headset+watch, which I was never told that I have to apply for them, when I call branch no one willing to assist said I must wait for Bongani, while sitting received a mandate from bank said will deduct 600, which was not what I've signed for, when I call the branch refused to assist me, said bongani will call me, which he never did, same day around 15:30 I took the phone back as I can't operate the phone and mandate of 600 whereby I signed for 345,

Branch took the phone, I went to store the following day said they will cancel everything which they never did, the even deducted money into my account, beginning of December Harriet or Marriet, branch manager said Lisa her manager refused to cancel, did send her emails to explain she said she will speak to her boss, since 18 December she never responded to my emails, today I received a call of unpaid debit order for December, I can not pay for phone I don't have, I bought new phone on 25th of November as I knew mtn will cancel its contract. Please assist Now I received a call from ***, harassing me, saying there is nothing wrong with the phone, I don't want the phone anymore, I am not going to pay something which I don't have, I will not allow that white guy from mtn talk to me as if I know nothing, he kept on asking who told me that I have a right to cancel a deal within 7 days? Kept on bragging how this will impact my credit profile, which simply means mtn has abusive employees, he can't talk to me like that
