Your Cascades branch manager is by far super unreliable, avoids any accountability and has no urgency in dealing with customer complaints!

He upgraded my contract and insisted I take a phone "exactly the same" the only difference he said was the battery life and 5G enabling power. Camera quality according to him was exactly the same! The phone he insisted I take has worse camera quality than the one I currently have! He would rather text me than to return any calls for the last 3 days!!! I want the phone I originally wanted not the one he **** about!!!
