Bozza of *****ing customers airtime

I regret ever taking a contract with MTN. If you are interested in a contract whereby if you load on airtime and it's just disappears join MTN. I am on contract and Everytime I load R12 airtime they take half of it. This is poor service. I called in and the agent assisting told me that that she cannot explain why as the transactions from had not processed yet. Wow if this is how Bozza Networktreats its customers they are going to lose their customers.
