BOZZA OF POOR SERVICE

Yet again I'm about to pay for a contract that I've requested to be cancelled. Instead of a call for my termination, ironically I'm inundated with calls to upgrade. Like REALLY??? Why as a paying consumer must I be subjected to such bad services.
