Good Day, Can someone please advise if there are any employees working in the Retension department? I have been holding for the past 30 minutes with no response, even prior to that I have tried calling but no one is answering, I only managed to get through once and I was told that the system was offline, she said she would call me back with the figures and 2 months later I am still waiting.

May someone please advise how much I need to pay to cancel my contract. I'm really not happy with the service I am receiving at MTN and would rather take my requirements elsewhere.
