BOZA of FRUSTRATION! MTN

MTN is becoming the BOZA OF FRUSTRATION!!!!! I app**** for a new contract on my existing MTN profile and it gets declined due to the fact that there is an outstanding legal issue since 2011. Obviously which I am not aware off and there has been no effort from MTN to contact me in this regard either. Even according to the NCR AND ICASA the case should be dormant after 3 years as there was no communication what so ever between MTN and myself, so I don't see the logic.
