BOZA NETWORK HELL NO

I am so disappointed in MTN South Africa there service is so ridiculous I'm lost for words I purchased the uncapped home wifi from them it got delivered last week Friday the 22 October 2021 its now a week and I still cannot connect I have made over 30 calls to them there technicians and customer service is pathetic all they can do is transfer u from one department to the next today I called to cancel the contract because I had enough of this terrible service after holding on for 30 minutes I am told they are offline and then given yet another number to call only to be told they cannot help as the application was done online what a useless service
