Bought the MTN fibre, they call it, ( router) firstly it comes after weeks that I paid for, the payment made was including the pro rata days, secondly the sim card is not activated I had to go to the nearest MTN to activate as they couldn't help remotely

Bought the MTN fibre, they call it, ( router) firstly it comes after weeks that I paid for, the payment made was including the pro rata days, secondly the sim card is not activated I had to go to the nearest MTN to activate as they couldn't help remotely. Now I could MTN for setting and network, the router looks like it has network cause it shows blue light's but when I connect it says connect without network. Half a month gone, with something that is not working.
