Bought product but no delivery

I ordered a sony experia ultra A1 phone that comes with a Volkano speaker. I spoke to Kreason Govender who told me the speaker does not get delivered with the phone so when the phone is delivered I must call MTN to get directions on how to get the speaker. I got the phone, spent a whole hour talking to about 5 MTN consultants, one even gave me the Sony number and the Sony people told me I must talk to MTN so I basically spent a whole our being bounced from point to point. Kreason called me once and said he will get back to me but still nothing. This is my call reference number from when I was ordering the phone : UV ********** .
