Bought pre paid phone online , no delivery

On the 17th August 2017 I bought a phone on mtn online store. I paid with my credit card. I received my order confirmation with ref number. Today is the 24th of August and no news of when my phone will be delivered. I called the number on my order confirmation ********** and know one can help me. Know one knows where the order is or when it will be delivered. I got transferred to like 4 different departments and know was able to help. Extremely poor service. Paid for my phone money got deducted from my credit card but still no phone delivered.
