Bought a phone online worst experience ever

Please help yourself and do not order anything from MTN you'll definitely get the worst customer service ever they will not prioritize your requests. You will never get hold of them when you try reaching out, your emails will get a response that does not help with the problem you are facing and last but not least your parcel will not be delivered. DSV will pretend to deliver your parcel and tell you your finger prints are not matching what is on the system because their device is faulty who's problem is that? I use my biometrics every day to clock in at work now suddenly they do not match when my delivery is with DSV/MTN ?
