Bought a faulty phone from MTN

Mtn sold me a phone that didn't even last 4 days and started giving me Challenges. I gave them my phone back am inconvenienced with no cellphone. But I bought a New phone woth them. No feedback when you call their offices you will never get assistance they ask you to hold and hangup. It's been 3 weeks now I am struggling to pay my bills now I must walk around making payments and now Covid is very dangerous.
