Botched Upgrade from MTN!!!

I upgraded and was informed thay my talk min as well as my data will be caried over well that never happned my min as well as data were reduced?!?! How do you take data and voice min away agtet i paid for it.!?! That is theft!!! I was also promised promo data well after 5days I had to ask for it finally got it now all of a sudden the 135 TOLL FREE mtn nr im paying for? They are taking away free min when i call their customer care line. Never has this happned before? Since when do i have to use free min to phone customer care? oh and when i finally got through to customer care i was placed on hold and had to put the phone down when the operator never picked the call back up after only confriming my details. This is a total botched upgrade!!!!
