BOT SERVICE THESE DAYS - MTN IS WACK!

I tried reaching out to MTN to assist me with my second mobile device who does not receive any messages or verification codes besides messages from MTN promo line, etc. The call centre / customer support line 083 135 is super automated with no option to get in touch with a agent.

I tried using the MTN WhatsApp line and TWICE!!! The agents ended the chats without a resolution to my matter, a problem I never when dealing OTP with an agent. I was still busy explaining and then boom… Agent ended the chat. You already wait 10-15min for a single response, just for 3 messages between you and the agent then the agent end chat.

This is ridiculous service!!! Shame on MTN /vomit emoji/ /angry face/ I have screenshots but here is not option to attach it so ya’ll can see the short ended chat from MTN’s agents.
