book in for repairs

i handed my phone at mtn gateway max on the 12/08/15 for repairs after the blackberry rep at the front counter advised that the phone charging pin was faulty. the guy at the front checked the phone and confirmed that the pin on the phone was still there but its not charging. i then handed the phone for repairs at the store. 2 weeks later i call told was told that i didnot hand the phone at the store and that i need to go to nandi drive to collect the phone. the person on the otherside made me a **** to say that i need to fetch the phone and futher to that they will not be handing the phone back. EXTREMLY DISGUSTED WIT THE SERVICES FROM MTN. I WILL BE CANCELLING ALL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU!!!
