Bonus data deal just an empty promise

<p>I am a new mtn contract customer. I signed my contract with MTN shop at water front mall in Bloemfontein, in July this year.</p> <p>The package that I chose was MyMTNChoice 100, with 2GB bonus data and 200 MTN to MTN extra minutes for the first 12 months of the contract. In August 2016 I only received 100 minutes and 500MB data without the bonus minutes and bonus data. I went back to the shop to enquire about this.</p> <p>They told me I did not sign for the contract with bonus data and extra minutes. I requested to meet the lady who helped me sign the contract because I knew I had explained to her which contract I need and I showed her on the MTN catalogue. I was told that the lady is on maternity leave and will only be back in 2017. Since then nobody is helping me resolve the problem because i have to wait for next year when the assistant who helped me is back, in the meantime iam still paying and not getting the promised bonus.</p> <p>I am really pained by this because I chose this contract because of the bonus deal. Now im out of budget because i have to buy extra data every month while im paying for this.</p> <p>Who in their right state of mind can choose a contract with no bonus while there is one in that month with a bonus!!! </p> <p> </p>
