Bonus bonanza is bogus

This is the 4th or 5th time my free airtime on the bonus bonanza plan has dissapeard within 5 min of regharging. My setting are correct the out of bundle usage was on which was the issue the first time this is bogus and there is no free airtime. I was downloading on youtube kids and now my normal airtime is almost gone. Thanks to MTN plan not working at all ever.
